# Accessibility statement

What we have done to make the site and the service accessible, what is not perfect yet, and how to reach us.

This English version is provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding version, and it prevails in any difference between them.

## Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use the WingUp Business website and service, including people with disabilities. The website was built according to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and according to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

## What we did on the website

-   The website is built in Hebrew from right to left, with a full English version. The language and the direction are set on every page.
-   You can navigate the website with the keyboard only. Every element that you can activate has a clear focus indicator, and at the top of every page there is a "Skip to main content" link.
-   The page structure is marked with headings in order, with navigation regions and with main content, so that screen readers can move between the sections.
-   All images that convey information have alternative text. Images that are decoration only are hidden from screen readers.
-   The contrast ratio between text and background meets the 4.5:1 requirement for regular text.
-   You can zoom the display up to 200% without losing content, and the website adapts itself to phone screens.
-   **The sample calls** have a full text transcript, which is shown also without playing the audio. The audio starts only on a click, and you can stop it.
-   We respect the "reduce motion" setting of the operating system: anyone who turned it on sees the website without animations.
-   The forms include labels for every field and error messages in text.

## Accessibility of the service itself

-   The agent answers in voice calls and in the website button, and speaks Hebrew and 7 other languages.
-   Every call is transcribed, and the transcript and the summary are available to the business owner in text.
-   If a caller asks for a person, the agent transfers the call or records a request, according to the rules of the business.

## Known limitations

-   The logos of some of the connected systems come from the companies themselves, and some of them are small. The name of each system also appears in text.
-   The app for business owners (biz.wingup.ai/app) is tested separately, and we continue to improve its accessibility.
-   Content that the businesses themselves enter for the agent is their responsibility.
