## The agent

**Does she really sound natural?** Listen for yourself. The site has sample calls, and after you sign up you make a test call before you pay anything.

**Which languages does she speak?** Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, Amharic, French, Spanish and Ukrainian. She answers in the caller’s language, from the ones you chose.

**My customers will not want to talk to a robot.** She says up front that she is an AI agent, speaks politely, and puts through anyone who needs a person. You decide when.

**What happens when she does not know?** She never makes things up. She takes the details or puts the call through, and you get a message.

**Can I change what she says?** Yes. In the app you tell her in a chat what to change, make a test call, and publish. Every version is kept.

## The phone

**I want to keep my number.** No problem. Forward calls from your existing number; we give you the forwarding codes for every carrier.

**Which number do I get?** A new Israeli 07x or 03 number, or forwarding from your existing line. If anything fails, calls go to a backup phone.

**What about weekends and holidays?** You decide: she answers, switches to after-hours mode, or something else. It is all in the settings.

**How many calls can she take at once?** It depends on the package: 2, 4 or 8 calls at once.

## Starting and billing

**How long does it take to start?** Sign up, and within 2 minutes our setup agent calls you. The call takes 10–15 minutes.

**Is there a free trial?** There is no free trial, but setup and test calls are free. You pay only when you pick a package and go live.

**Will spam eat my minutes?** No. Spam and calls under 15 seconds are not billed, and the app shows on every call whether it was billed.

**Is there a commitment?** No. It is a monthly subscription, and you can stop any month.

## Privacy

**What about privacy?** At the start of every call the caller hears that the agent is AI and the call is recorded. Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after 90 days at most, and you can delete a call or a contact at any time.

**Who sees the calls?** You, and the users you add to the app. Authorised staff open a call only when you ask for help, or to fix a fault or keep the service secure, and every access is logged.
