## Questions owners ask

**Does the agent give medical advice?** No. She doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t say whether pain is “normal” and never recommends a medicine. For any medical question, the dentist calls back.

**What happens when a patient calls in severe pain?** She follows your urgent rules: she puts the call through to the dentist and tells them what it’s about. If the patient has trouble breathing or swallowing, she tells them to call 101 first.

**Does she tell patients whether their insurance covers a treatment?** No. She says which plans you work with, and that the clinic checks the cover.
