What if a client has a skin reaction after a treatment? That’s urgent. She puts the call through to you right away and, if it’s severe, suggests seeing a doctor. She gives no skin or scalp advice.

Does she give out the team’s personal numbers? No. Personal numbers and your team’s schedules stay private.
